Every time you meet someone, that meeting is a sacred meeting. Every person you meet, you meet yourself. We are interwoven in a Rainbow of Love. To the extent we realize this and honor this, we Love truly.
Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

In December 2010, I was sitting beside my Love. She held me, as I could not stop crying. I wept and wept, for the children of our world. After several minutes of weeping, I looked at her, and told her, "I'm crying the tears of the One." She said, calmly, sweetly, "I know."
For the children, for ourselves, let us choose Love. In each moment, let us renew our devotion to Love. Let us allow our diversity to enrich our Oneness. We can. Let us choose, together, in One Love.
